Terms and Conditions
• All prices quoted include full English breakfast and VAT
• To secure a booking we ask for the first night’s accommodation charge as a deposit
• In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be refundable (minus a £15 administration charge) provided that 7 days notice is given.
• If less than 7 days notice is given of a cancellation, the deposit will only be refundable if the room is re-let for the full duration of the cancelled booking. A £15 administration fee will apply to any refund.
• In the event of an early departure, guests will be liable for the full amount of the cost of their stay.
• We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance
• Deposits can be made by credit or debit cards. We do not accept cheques.
• All payments made by credit cards will be subject to a charge. Payments by debit card will continue to be free (see tariff page for details).
  
• Balances are to be paid upon arrival. They can be paid in cash or with credit/debit cards.
• Rooms are normally available after 2pm. Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 11.00am.
• The Somerville operates a strict non smoking policy inside the building. Guests who fail to adhere to it will be subject to a £50 cleaning surcharge and will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
• We do not accept group bookings (or parts of groups) such as stags or hens. If bookings of this nature are made in an underhand manner, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
• A cleaning / damage surcharge may be applied if a room is left in a particularly poor state.
